We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and debit cards online. If you wish
to place an order using cash or check, you may contact your consultant directly.
Shipping charges are based on a percent of the total retail of the order.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (except holidays) between 8:00 AM and 5:00
PM central standard time. A shipping
confirmation will be sent on the evening that your order was shipped and contain
a copy of your invoice and the UPS tracking number.

You can track your package once it has been shipped. There is a tracking
option on the Customer Support page that links to the UPS site. You need to
enter either the PO number that you received when you placed your order or the order
number that you received in your shipping confirmation email.
We accept exchanges or refunds for up to 30 days after your purchase. After the
30 days has expired, we only accept merchandise for ½ price replacement.
½ Price Replacement Policy:
Customers may return damaged or defective product to us, and we will replace it
for ½ price plus a $6.00 handling fee. This also covers product that has been
damaged during use.
